A wild and and at times wet day for the 2017 Lochend Ladies Open.
Three players topped the scoring with 68. Swanston's Andrea Johnstone took the trophy on the better-inward-half from Harburn's Louise Fairlay who in turn was the b-i-h from Newbattle's Betty Inglis. Best scratch score of the day came from Harburn's Jennifer Bryans scoring 79
Lochenders did fare well in the prizes. Jacqui McIntosh taking the Best Lochend Lady trophy for a second time after winning in 2014. As you see from the photos she was delighted to ger her hands on the trophy. Carole Owens won the best Outward Half and Susan Randall won the best Lochend Senior with her score of 73.
Jacqui McIntosh, Sheila Munro, Kelly McShannon, Violet Paterson, Susan Randall, Evelyn McCowan and Eileen Gillespie all won prizes at various holes.
